Student records, staff records, fee data and exam data are all session-scoped (2024–25, 2025–26, 2026–27…), so historical UDISE+ data is preserved when you roll over to the next session. School inspections frequently ask for 3-year and 5-year enrolment trends (class-wise, gender-wise, RTE-wise, caste-wise) to spot dropouts or compliance issues; Apna School delivers these with a session range filter and a print button. The only reason this is on pipeline rather than live today is that the official UDISE+ XLSX format is updated by the Ministry of Education each year and we want to ship a version that matches the current year’s format precisely — not a shortcut that breaks at submission time.
