Apna School started with a simple idea: school principals should spend more time on education, not paperwork. The team at Apna Infotech, Rajasthan saw first-hand how schools struggled with manual registers, missed fee collections, and rolling forward to a new academic session.

The product is built around how Indian schools actually run — class promotion, RTE students, sibling guardians, thermal-printer fee receipts and per-employee permissions so the fee clerk only sees fees and the class teacher only sees attendance.

What is Apna School software?

Apna School is a cloud-based school management ERP for Indian schools. It covers Students & Attendance, a three-tier exam system (Exam, Class Test, Unit Test), Fee Collection & Receipts, Transportation, Staff with monthly payslips, Accounting (cash book + party accounts) and a Guardian module — all from one dashboard.

Who builds Apna School?

Apna School is built by Apna Infotech, a software company based in Rajasthan, India. The product is licensed as a yearly cloud subscription with four tiers — START, SMART, SUPER and PREMIUM — from ₹4,999/year.

Is the software tenant-isolated?

Yes. The system is multi-tenant — every record (students, classes, fees, exams, accounting) is isolated per school, and every query is automatically restricted to that school's data. One school's users can never see another school's data.

How does staff get different access levels?

The school admin (owner) has full access. For each employee, the admin grants single-flag access for Exam / Class Test / Unit Test and three flags (add / edit / view) for Students, Fees, Transportation, Guardian, Staff, Accounting and Settings.

Is there a mobile app for Apna School?

Yes. An Android app accompanies the web panel and is included in every subscription plan. There is also a QR-scan attendance kiosk login for staff who only mark attendance.
